They are from an Italian comic called L'uomo Ragno Gigante No 39 from Sep 1979. It contains :
1. Cover from the US Amazing Spider-Man 105.
2. "GOG!" 24 pages from Amazing Spider-Man 103 "GOG! He Who Walks the Savage Land".
3. "La Bella E Il Bruto" 21 pages from Amazing Spider-Man 104 "Is This to Be the Final Hunt!".
4. "L'uccisore Di Ragni" 14 tbc pages from Amazing Spider-Man 105 "The Spider Slayer".
I had to research all the stories using the Grand Comics Database which has a cover to this Italian issue but no other information whatsoever.

As a postscript to my previous noodlings I see on the GCD that this series started in 1966 and ran for 497 issues. 497! Who cancels a title on 497 when three more would have been a more pleasing and satisfying conclusion. "Superman Egmont Ehapa, 1966 Series < Previous | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | Next > #: Index Status / Cover Scan Status (499 covers for 497 issues available)".
So there is no real prospect of collecting the whole series but as has been said many times it is the excitement of the chase that affords so much pleasure. I have another two issues arriving soon and will post details when they arrive.

I like it! .. what's even more unsatisfying though, is that it looks like the series got printed to #499 .. but they only have covers for 497 issues (maybe at #500 the title transformed into something else?).

This German comic is one of a pair that arrived today.
Superman und Batman 7 (5-6) dated 8/April/1967.
This is featured in the GCD with the following note : This booklet has the designation 7 (5 + 6); There has never been a magazine numbered 5 or 6. This numbering was only there to change from a monthly - to a 14 -day appearing series (translated from German by Google).
There is no information about the cover in the GCD but it seems to refer to the first story Superman's Enemy from Jimmy Olsen 35 (Mar 1959). It could be an adaptation of the splash page or an internal panel as was the case in some foreign reprints. I doubt very much whether it is original art as the drawing style seems familiar, although I would be more than happy to be corrected on this matter. Anyone who has access to JO 35 could possibly clarify this.

I haven't actually counted all the cover images shown in the GCD so I'm not sure exactly how many comics there are in the whole series. In the 1966 series there is a comic after no 4 which uses the same cover as the no 4 but is designated no 5-6. They seem to start from no 1 each year.
Perhaps I'll tally them all up when I have a spare minute. At the moment I am about to upload another comic.

This is Superman und Batman no 13 dated 1/July/1967.
Once again the cover image is reproduced in the GCD without any further information although I can disclose that it is a blowup of panel 2 from page 2.
Another item of interest is the second story "Wassjungfer Lois Lane" which is from Lois Lane 12 "The Mermaid from Metropolis" which is noted as being a 9 page story in the GCD in the original comic but is only 7 2/3 pages in the German comic.

An example of Die Grüne Laterne (Green Lantern) that I got this week. Very nice condition. I will post the rest of the covers on FCC at the FB group since I see that there are more activity there. Still I'm curious since I got a lot more incoming issues. Should I do the opposite around with just a teaser on FB and all the rest posted here, what's your opinion?

pablocomics, Ken is currently trying to get more people involved in posting here. Feel free to post here, on FB or both. With any luck, things will pick up here. If they don't, there may need to be some changes made to make this forum the "go to" place to talk about foreign comics. But rest assured, in one fashion or another, this forum will be here for people who collect international comic books!!!

EDIT 10/11/18 I have found out where the cover is from. It is 80 pg Giant Jimmy Olsen 13. Image at bottom. Curt Swan pencils and George Klein inks.

So you are a Cap fan hum? Cool, I have "A Maior" number four. A couple months ago, a guy sold a nearly full run of Abril's Cap series. Unfortunately I wasn't able to buy everything, but acquired a couple dozens of editions. Still, I did not read more than 20% yet! All in high grade! A may take some photos of them and post here!

I certainly am, Sir! I LOVE the Brazilian Cap books. I'm a few issues away from completing the entire Capitao America run and I'm closing in rapidly on the 'A Major' run. Please feel free to checkout all the Cover scans for the Brazilian comics that I own HERE
